Fractional Ownership

With Fractional Ownership, investment barriers are lifted thereby giving low income earners a shot at investing in the properties of their dreams. At Rentmase, we are envisioning a world where low income earners will be able to invest as little as $50 dollars in a pool for the purpose of acquiring properties. After investing, investors will be able to recoup their investments via revenue from rental payments.

Our goal is to have 5-10 new pools daily to facilitate the purchase of buildings. This translates to 5-10 daily property investments in the next 5 years.

Revenue Model:

For each property investment, Rentmase will take an administrative charge (5-10%).

How will it work?

  • A pool is created for the purpose of investing in a property.

  • Different investors come together to invest in this pool (>$50)

  • Property is purchased and allocated to a tenant.

  • Tenant pays rent monthly and investors get their returns from the rent paid.

  • In the event of a sale of the said property, proceeds are distributed among the investors based on their ownership percentage.
