Revenue Model

Brief description of who we are targeting and how we intend to make money

  • The First Category:

    • There will be subscription plans covering laundry, cleaning and meal delivery (Price TBD) At the initial stage, service delivery will be through carefully vetted partners. We will generate revenue by charging partners commission (10-50%) for each service or delivery carried out through Rentmase.

      • Another source of revenue is from rent generated through rental payments on properties and interest from property loans.

      • Geotargeting: This enables us to place banners strategically on the ecommerce website for non-intrusive ads. Companies will be able to advertise their products based on their customers' geographical locations. Global product ads will cover everywhere and would definitely cost more.

  • Second Category: For the Property Management System (PMS), we have a model targeting property managers and owners There are different pricing models for property management systems: 🔸Per Square Foot, per month 🔸Per Unit, per month. To prevent confusion, we're starting out with the “Per Unit, per month” model; we might include the “Per Sqft model” (totally dependent on what the community wants).

While competitors typically charge up to $5 Per Unit, per month, our starting price is $1.5 Per Unit, per month. This is partly due to cost savings on the Internet Computer. ICP can lower the costs and complexity of developing and maintaining property management systems, by providing a unified framework and a rich set of tools and services for building and deploying applications on the internet. There will be more discounts for extra units ($0.80 Per Unit, per month for 20 units and above). There's also no minimum number of units needed to sign up. Whether you're in-charge/ own a single unit or a thousand units, you're welcome to try out Rentmase.

Marketing isn't just going to be an online thing. We're going in heavily on offline marketing via:

  • Industry Conferences and Trade shows attended by property managers, real estate professionals and investors.

  • Partnership with local real estate agents

  • Print media and sponsorship of local events etc.
