# Property Financing

▪️ **Rent Financing**: Rental loans with super low interest rates for residents who are running late on their rent.

 ▪️ **Property Financing**: (mortgage) loans for financing the purchase or maintenance of a property, land or other types of rental properties. Loan tenure can go as high as 10 years. The Rentmase algorithm processes requests by reviewing credit score, credit history, income etc.
