# NFTs

**Nfts are at the core of everything we are building, alongside our AI Engine: CogniE. We are envisioning a world where there are NFTs for each apartment, same for tenants/ residents. These NFTs (Soul Bound Tokens - SBTs) will be minted the day you rent or purchase an apartment. This SBT helps track your on-chain history. Your NFTs serve more purposes than you just rocking them as PFPs (our NFTs are beautiful enough to replace your current PFPs though).**

The current crypto landscape favours collaterization over unique history and background checks (credit history, income history etc). With **NFTs**, **on-chain interactions**, and **web2 integration**, you wouldn't have to rely on providing a collateral before being able to get access to property loans, be it to pay your rent or purchase properties (mortgage) of your choosing. The only requirement would be for you to sync your financial records and boom, you are eligible for a property loan.

We are also working on ways to synchronize your daily expenses to make filing your taxes, tracking your expenses and other activities easier.
